KultProekt Gallery

KultProekt is a Moscow gallery dedicated to contemporary art. Established in 2008, the gallery is located in the center of Moscow near the largest museums in the city. The gallery works with both major masters of the art scene and talented young artists. KultProekt Gallery has realized more than 80 projects in 8 years in its own space and on other exhibition venues. In the sphere of gallery's interests there’s such a rare genre as 'artist's book', as well as projects with a volume-space solutions (eg, public art). Also, the gallery carries out joint projects with museums. The gallery has been nominated for the Kandinsky Prize twice for the past three years: first, with the Urbanism: Pro & Contra project in 2014, and in 2016 – with Unfulfilled Landscapes project. In 2013, the gallery was included in the Best Curatorial Project short-list of Kuryokhin Prize with the Invisible Borders project. The gallery aims at conducting thematic art exhibitions presented with complex projects, which include the publication of catalogs, master classes of artists and photographers, meetings and lectures. Artists showcased at Cosmoscow 2017: Ilya Romanov, Yuri Kuper.
