Graphic design studio omsky won the ADCR Awards in the Graphic Communication category for the identity of the 13th edition of the Cosmoscow fair.
The visual identity concept for the 13th edition is based on the gesture of temporary fixation—the rehearsal, montage-like nature of the exhibition space—and references the works of PROVMYZA art group, "Artist of the Year" 2025.
In its works, PROVMYZA presents performance as something that's about to disappear. Its signature style is also unfinished, visualizing the fair's state as a process, and therein lies its precision. It seems to say, "We know this is all temporary. We're simply capturing what remains—before it disappears. We're not showing finished art. We're showing how we prepare it."
The recurring motif of the identity is wind, which appears in many of PROVMYZA's works. The artists work in a space dominated by instability and confusion. Nature itself, which is essentially the painting, creates art. The artist is left to use a marker pen—to draw frames, brackets, or quotation marks.
The corporate identity of the 13th edition was incorporated online and at the fair venue—in architectural design details, merchandise, and street advertising.
