
The Oberton by Cosmoscow graphic art fair will be held on December 5–7 at the new TON-CENTER exhibition space (3/30 building 1, Komsomolskaya Square). Twenty-nine Russian galleries will participate in the event. A special preview will be held for collectors and representatives of the art community on December 3 and 4. The project is supported by MR, Yandex Pay, The Act, Konstantin Chaykin, Yandex Afisha, Beluga, and edis.
The fair will feature works from 29 galleries from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Nizhny Novgorod, Voronezh, and Vladivostok, as well as a special New Year’s project from Pogodina Gallery.
The fair will bring together works by leading contemporary artists under the roof of a historic building. Fairgoers will be able to see works by Olga Chernysheva at the Iragui Gallery stand; PiranesiLAB will present graphic works by Vitaly Pushnitsky; Syntax Gallery will display works by Valery Chtak; the Kovcheg Gallery stand will feature works by Garif Basyrov; Anna Nova Gallery will present works by Alexandra Gart, and more.
A special project by Pogodina Gallery will introduce viewers to a unique genre of intimate postcard-like works created by artists as gifts for loved ones. It will bring together leading contemporary artists from different generations, offering a unique cross-section of the contemporary art scene. Participants include Aidan Salakhova, Konstantin Zvezdochetov, Pavel Pepperstein, Alexander Brodsky, Leonid Tishkov, and others.
The online platform TEO by Cosmoscow will present a collaboration with New Urban Artists at the fair. This charity project was created in St. Petersburg with the curatorial support of street artists Stas Bags and Evgenia Shtil. The initiative aims to support the professional development of unique artists with disabilities. The stand will feature works by Zoyka, Vitalik Chistyakov, Lyuba Obraztsova, Yura Snegir, Ilya Minin, Tanya Vlasova, and Kostya Laptev.
