RuArts Gallery was founded by collector Marianna Sardarova in 2004. RuArts Gallery is one of the leading contemporary art galleries in Moscow and presents various types of art including painting, drawing, photography, video, sculpture and installation. RuArts Gallery regularly takes part in the Moscow Biennale of Contemporary Art, Moscow Biennale for Young Art, Moscow Photobiennale and Moscow International Biennale of Fashion and Style in Photography; in Russian and International Art Fairs (Cosmoscow, Moscow Photographic Salon, Vienna Fair, ARCO Madrid, Pulse NY, Art Beijing); works in collaboration with foreign galleries: Pack (Milan), Flatland (Utrecht), Nivet-Carzon (Paris), Victor Saavedra (Barcelona), Scream (London). The Gallery engages young as well as honored curators. RuArts represents and exhibits both Russian and foreign contemporary artists and sculptors. RuArts Gallery was first gallery to bring expositions of worldwide stars such as Spencer Tunick, Erwin Olaf, Nobuko Watabiki, Herve Ic and Kimiko Yoshida to Moscow. There are the nominees and contemporary award winners, whose works are in museum collections, as well as with young artists, collaborating with the Gallery.
