Contemporary art gallery FUTURO was founded in Nizhny Novgorod in 2016. The building of the gallery is an architectural monument with conserved interiors of the 19th century, which give new visual opportunities for exhibition. The gallery pays special attention to gradual enhancing of the local art scene as well as to international experiments, creating a platform for cultural exchange.
One of the main goals of FUTURO is searching and presenting innovative tendencies in contemporary art. And, consequently, an important part of its work is collaborating with new young artists.
