LUCH Gallery

The contemporary art gallery LUCH was founded in 2009 by curator Sveta Nikolaeva as a project presenting works by Russian artists. The goal of the project is to show contemporary Russian art inside the county and abroad and to introduce to the wide audience works by not only well-known artist but as well works by emerging Russian artists from different art movements and backgrounds. Today the most famous gallery's project is "The colors of the sport". It was represented at many exhibitions, including the official program of the Cultural Olympic Games Sochi-2014 and was supported by the Ministry of Sports of Russia and RAA Lokomotiv. LUCH gallery participates in different international contemporary art fairs in Moscow, Basel, Hong Kong and Korea. The project involves artists whose work is characterized by high level of skill and responsible attitude to the relation of form and content, as well as the continued commitment to the beauty of realization.
