Omelchenko Gallery of Contemporary Art is located in one of the old Arbat’s alleys. Founded in Moscow in 2015, the gallery supports and promotes contemporary Russian and foreign artists, representing both established and young artists. Among them are Natalia Gudovich, Vitaly Kopachev, Yulia Malinina, Natalia Tolstaya, Alena Fedotkina, Petr Karachentsov, Gemma Sattar, Oleg Prokofiev, Olga Eliseeva, Galina Ereshchuk, Valentin Shunkov, Anna Prokazova.
Omelchenko Gallery participated in key art events of the recent years: Cosmoscow contemporary art fair in 2017, 2018 and 2019. In December 2019, the gallery took part in the Aqua Art Fair as part of Miami Art Basel. Over the five years, more than 70 projects have been implemented.
Gallery participated in the parallel program of the Moscow International Biennale of Contemporary Art with the project ‘5 Life Packs for Dummies’ and the VI Moscow International Biennale of Contemporary Art.
Together with White Room Foundation and with the support of Sibur, within the framework of the Formula of Good Deeds program, Omelchenko Gallery established an art residence in Tobolsk and realised the ‘Discovering Siberia’ project.
