PROLAB Gallery

PROLAB gallery (2014-2016 Art-platform Gallery on Mosfilm, 2017-2019 gallery on Red October) was established in 2010 as a division Of the Center for the Development of Russian Photography ProLab in order to promote and organize sales of works of digital art, Russian classical and contemporary photography. In 2014, a representative office of the ProLab Gallery was created on the Central alley of Tverskoy Boulevard in Moscow – the first permanent open-air gallery, and in 2018 and 2019 – open-air galleries on  Valaam and  Solovki. In 2017, ProLab gallery presented a collection of works by Russian photographer Anatoly Cherkasov at the international fair PhotoFairs Shanghai.

In project Vulnerable Olga Michi presents an art-album as well as digital prints of 120 х 80 cm, which are devoted to the theme of the preservation of African, Asian and Northern traditional cultures still surviving in colorful symbiosis with the modern European innovations. In her latest art project Deity's Likeness Olga Michi combines contemporary cultural stereotypes with the ancient legends to create visual depictions of both old and new forms of spiritual beings.
