Marina Gisich Gallery

The Marina Gisich Gallery is one of the first galleries of contemporary art in St. Petersburg, founded in 2000. Today the gallery holds a key position on the contemporary art market in Russia. It presents significant artists from the past few decades of Russian art, and also members from the younger generation of artists who have become established over the last 5–8 years. There are currently over 30 artists from Russia and Europe represented at the gallery.

Since 2010, the gallery has participated in international fairs of contemporary art such as Cosmoscow, Vienna Contemporary, ARCO Madrid, Art Paris, Contemporary Istanbul and Art Miami. In 2016, the gallery was the only participant invited from Russia to the Volta art fair in New York neighboring the Armory Show. Since October 2019 the gallery has been a member of the Galleries Association of Russia.

The gallery works with major museums and foundations of contemporary art in Russia and Europe, including the State Hermitage, the State Russian Museum, the Moscow Museum of Contemporary Art, the Multimedia Art Museum, the New Museum of Aslan Chekhoev, the EKATERINA Culture Foundation, the Breus Foundation, the Museum of Contemporary Art of Petersburg, PERMM, the Museum of Moscow, the Wäinö Aaltonen Museum, and others.
