SAMPLE

SAMPLE aims to introduce the art practice of young contemporary artists to a wide audience. SAMPLE’s main activities as a project and online gallery include selling artists work, organizing online and offline exhibitions and auctions, encouraging collaborations between artists and brands.

SAMPLE strives to dispel the stereotype of inaccessibility of contemporary art, to establish a dialogue between young artists and collectors, and make the experience of buying contemporary art simple and enjoyable. 

During its existence, SAMPLE has sold more than 1,500 works, held 12 auctions, participated in dozens of events and collaborations, and led many exhibition projects at such venues as MMOMA, GUM, Gorky Park Museum, Moscow Museum, Triumph Gallery, HSE Gallery. In 2020, SAMPLE, in collaboration with the online publishing house The Blueprint, Museum of Architecture, Richter Workshops and the szena Gallery, etc., organized several auctions to support other projects.

SAMPLE team supervises projects involving young artists, designs venues and organizes cultural events. Among SAMPLE’s partners in special projects are Sberbank, Maestrello pizzeria, Strawberry Duck Hotel, Danilovsky Market, the Section store, Yandex Ultima and Glenlivet whiskey.
