ARKA Gallery

The ARKA Gallery of Contemporary Art was founded in 1995 as a private initiative. Located in the historical center of Vladivostok, the gallery’s main goal is the popularization of creative expression and educational initiatives in the field of contemporary art. The gallery's curatorial approach to the development of contemporary Russian art demonstrates the depth of sophistication and creative talent of the regional artists. Developing the concept of a cultural space, the gallery presents exhibitions and projects of both famous and emerging artists of the Far Eastern region, as well as Russian and foreign creatives. The gallery cooperates with institutions in Russia and abroad and has participated in international Biennales, partner projects and contemporary art fairs. Much attention is paid by the gallery’s team to supporting artists who experiment with various artistic practices, as well as exploring issues of geography, history and culture of the Far Eastern region.

Artists presented at Cosmoscow 2022: Masha Lamzina, Alexander Kiryakhno.
