SAMPLE

SAMPLE aims to introduce the art practice of young contemporary artists to a wide audience. SAMPLE’s main activities as a project and an online gallery include selling artists' work; organizing online and offline exhibitions and auctions, encouraging collaborations between artists and brands.

SAMPLE strives to dispel the stereotype of the inaccessibility of contemporary art; to establish a dialogue between young artists and collectors; and to make the experience of buying contemporary art simple and enjoyable.

During its existence, SAMPLE has sold more than 1,500 works; held 12 auctions; participated in dozens of events and collaborations; and realized many exhibition projects at such venues as MMOMA, GUM, Gorky Park Museum, Moscow Museum, Triumph Gallery, and HSE Gallery. In 2020, SAMPLE organized several joint auctions to support other projects — with online publishing house The Blueprint, the Museum of Architecture, Richter Workshops, сцена/szena Gallery, etc.

SAMPLE actively collaborates with companies and brands that work with contemporary culture and art. The SAMPLE team supervises projects involving young artists, designs venues and organizes cultural events. Among SAMPLE’s partners in special projects are Sberbank, Bank Otkritie Financial Corporation, TATNEFT, Yandex.Market, Ultima Yandex Go, The Blueprint, Danilovsky Market, and SimpleWine.
