One Gallery

One Gallery is a creative process of merging of New York’s Stephan Stoyanov Gallery and Sofia’s Monev Gallery. Both galleries existed for over a decade in the USA and Bulgaria respectively and are merging in one, hence One Gallery. Over the years both galleries were on the forefront of contemporary art, taking risk and exhibiting artists with radical ideas and avant-garde thinking. Both galleries have extensive press coverage locally and internationally: NY Times, Art Forum, Village Voice, etc. and their artists have showcased their work in museums around the world, including MoMA, the Whitney Museum of American Art, Centre Pompidou, the Tate and the National gallery of Bulgaria to name a few. The new gallery will showcase a selection of Bulgarian and international artists. One Gallery’s participation in Cosmoscow is its first appearance at a major international art fair.
