Cosmoscow Foundation announces winners of the annual programs

On the 20th of April Cosmoscow Foundation announced the winners of the annual programs. The Artist of the Year is Artem Filatov, the Institution of the Year is ZAMAN, the Museum of the Year is PERMM.
