Alexandra Gart “The Constancy of Fun and Dirt”
The main goal of the program is to support the artists. Every year, the Cosmoscow Expert Committee, consisting of art professionals, proposes the candidates. The final choice is made by the Cosmoscow Foundation’s Supervisory Board. The winning artist is given the opportunity to implement a new project, which is then exhibited at the fair.
