SIBUR x Lydia Ruskova-Khasaya
SIBUR Company presents two projects of the artist Lydia Rusakova-Khasaya, who produces art objects from environmentally sustainable materials. One of them is the work Chamber Experience I, conceived as a sacred space for self—discovery and transcendent experience. Polycarbonate was chosen as the material, the only manufacturer of which in Russia is SIBUR.
The second art object is the Cycle installation, symbolizing a portal to the future. The object was inspired by the artist's reflections on time, its course, the possibility of turning it back, on the cyclical processes and cause-and-effect relationships. The installation functions as a vessel for Vivilen pellets from SIBUR. This innovative polymer contributes to solving the problem of an overabundance of plastic in the environment.
